Full Home Renovation - Bryanston
The challenge, goals, and constraints.
A complete interior renovation for a luxury Bryanston residence, including a full repaint, porcelain tiling, two bathroom remodels, and upgraded lighting—managed in phases to keep the home livable during the work.
The Challenge
Updating a dated 1990s interior to a modern, open-plan aesthetic while the owners lived on-site.
Project Goals
- Modernize finishes and improve overall consistency
- Improve visual flow and brightness with upgraded lighting
- Maintain a clean, safe, livable environment during the renovation
The challenge
The interior still reflected a dated 1990s style with worn finishes and inconsistent flooring. The client wanted a modern, cohesive look while continuing to live in the home, which required careful planning, clean daily handovers, and phased execution.
What we delivered
How we approached it
We planned the project in phases to minimise disruption. Each area was prepared, completed, cleaned, and handed back before moving to the next. Bathrooms were scheduled carefully to reduce downtime, and daily clean-ups ensured the home remained safe and usable.
